Emergency Crews Respond to Fatal Rollover Crash on Hwy 50 in Otero County

On Saturday March 14th at approximately 4:55pm, we responded to a reported one vehicle rollover with possible ejection on Hwy 50 around MM 386 East of La Junta.

Upon arrival the vehicle was located off the roadway with two parties, one with serious injuries and the second was pronounced deceased on scene from possible serious injuries.

CSP was on scene and Otero County Coroner was contacted.

The party with serious injuries was transported to AVRMC.

The scene was turned over to Colorado State Patrol.
