Antonio Marfil Arrested on Multiple Felony Charges in Bent County Exploitation Case

The Bent County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (CSPD) conducted a lengthy investigation into the possession of Child Sexual Abusive Material transmitted electronically. 

After multiple search warrants, the investigating Deputies were able to identify the suspect as Antonio Marfil. Marfil was taken into custody on an Arrest Warrant. Marfil is currently being held at the Bent County Jail on a No Bond warrant.

Marfil is being charged with violations of:

C.R.S. 18-6-403 (1)(3)(b)(5)(a) - Sexual Exploitation of a Child (Manufacture) - F3 x 2

C.R.S. 18-6-403 (1)(3)(b.5)(5)(b)(II) - Sexual Exploitation of a Child (Video) - F4 x 10

C.R.S. 18-6-403 (1)(3)(b.5)(5)(a)(b) - Sexual Exploitation of a Child (Images) - F5 x 22

C.R.S. 18-6-403 (1)(3)(b.5)(5)(a)(b)(5.5)(b) - Sexual Exploitation of a Child (Restrained) - F5

C.R.S. 18-9-202 (1)(a)(2)(a) - Cruelty to Animals (Bestiality) - M1 x 17
