A huge thank you to Amber, her daughter, and the entire team behind Ark Valley Turkey Trot for their incredible donation and support during the Aspen Acres Fire response efforts.
 
They delivered: 💧 10 cases of bottled water
⚡ 14 boxes of electrolyte mix-ins
🥨 Trail mix, crackers, granola bars, and protein bars
👶 Baby formula, diapers, and baby wipes
💋 ChapStick, handkerchiefs, Gatorade, and more
 
These items helped support firefighters, evacuees, families, and the many people working behind the scenes throughout this emergency.
 
What makes this even more special is that Ark Valley Turkey Trot is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Thanksgiving meals to families in need throughout Otero and Crowley Counties. This year marks their 8th year, and they have consistently provided more than 200 meals annually to local families.
 
Thank you for stepping up to help your neighbors when they needed it most. We are grateful for your generosity, your servant's heart, and the difference you're making in our communities every single year.
