Obituary

Orlando Nelo DeLaRiva, 52, passed away on July 23, 2026. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Amador and Mary DeLaRiva, Enrique and Ninfa Rodriguez Sr; brother, Albert Collins Jr; father-in-law, Vernon Souza; and numerous family. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Jennifer DeLaRiva; children, Tonisa (Delano) Hudson, Orlando DeLaRiva, Damian DeLaRiva and Devin DeLaRiva; grandchildren, Mirabella, Delano, Angel and Kehlani; parents, Helen DeLaRiva and Enrique Rodriguez Jr; siblings, Freddie DelaRiva and Amador Collins; special nieces, Brittany. Trinity, Olivia, Angelyn, Rae-Rae and Asiana; Godchildren, Natasha and Brandon; mother-in-law, Audrey Souza; Godmother, Linda Sigala; and numerous, aunties, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends. Orlando loved playing Track, Basketball and High school football, that is also where he earned the nickname “Grave Digger”. He was a proud served Army Veteran. He also worked for UPS. He enjoyed watching Football and Basketball. He also enjoyed bowling and playing outside with his grandchildren. He was an avid Denver Broncos fan and a Denver Nuggets fan. Orlando will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
