On September 20, 2026, at 1:40 a.m., Pueblo Police Officers were dispatched to a local hospital on a report of a domestic fight. 21-year-old Andres Gloria assaulted a female while visiting a family member in the ICU. The involved individuals had left prior to officer arrival but were located at a residence in the 1500 block of Pike Ave.

Andres was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with first-degree burglary, assault in the second degree x2, vehicular eluding, theft, violation of restraining order, reckless driving, and for a domestic violence felony warrant.
