Florida Fugitive Wanted on Sex Offender Registry Charges Arrested in Rocky Ford

Description: Rocky Ford Police arrested Lawrence Boker, 43, of Kissimmee, Florida, after a trespass call Aug. 26. Police say Boker was wanted on a nationwide extradition warrant related to sex offender registry charges; additional local charges are pending.

On 8/26/2026, Rocky Ford Police Department responded to a report of a trespass in the 500 block of South 13th. 

Officers arrived and located Lawrence Boker (43) from Kissimmee, Florida. Boker provided a false name to officers. Officers were able to determine who Boker actually was. 

Boker was a fugitive out of the State of Florida wanted on a nation-wide extradition no bond (until advisement) warrant for sex offender registry related charges. 

Boker was booked into the Otero County Jail on the warrant. 

Additional local charges are pending.
